Let me say it NOW! Your wonderful you and many more unamed have kept a couple of thousand of us going, by posting the ups and downs, giving advice and soliciting it too.
Thank You.
I'm looking forward to being a grumpy old man complaining about how much better the community was back in the pre-10,000 days!
9989, but its goodnight from me and goodnight to all of you. I wonder how many it will be tomorrow, I've got something on in the morning, hhmmm oh yeh, its a run but will check once I'm showered and fed.

10,000 in the bag, have put a new post on. Yippee
Just a little reflection on this site. Its so very friendly, there is never any nastiness, its well run by the Admin Team, there isn't even much Spam these days. A friendly running site for running people, what more could you ask for!?! I wonder how long it will take to get the next 10,000 members? Its now 12.30pm on 29th March 2014, the last day of winter for us in the UK
Well done on running a great running forum! I haven't posted much, but I have read many of the posts and they have helped me realise I'm not alone in being an overweight middle-aged woman hoping to improve my health. I have to also say that as a side effect, my mental health as well as my physical health has improved considerably since starting the program. I find the forum so positive too. Thanks, Couch to 5K admin!
