Hey to everyone on week 2! Still amazed I made it through week 1 but it wasn't to bad, although the thought of starting this week was scary! Well I have just completed my first run of the week and I made it to the end..yay me :) It certainly wasn't easy and the extra 30 seconds running felt like they were going on forever but I pushed through and I did it. Maybe there is hope for me yet :) Good luck to all starting this week!

well done Pamplemoose, one of the best things about the programme is you can really see the improvement week on week. in another week you'll look back and laugh. keep going and prepare to become an addict


Well done in starting week 2. It might seem a bit harder at first but I found it not too bad by the second run of that week. You will surprise yourself. Best wishes.
