I came across this video when clicking links and thought it answered some questions some people have about post-run fueling, stretching etc.

I had some post run fuel today! I made some little no-bake energy balls with oats, honey, toasted coconut, hazlenuts, choc chips, etc etc as a treat for when I got back. I can't tell you if they were nice or not as my taste buds have gone AWOL due to my heavy cold. After my 35 minute run today I had a 30 minute walk to get back home so I was pretty stretched by the time I got home. It was lovely though to have a cuppa and a treat.
