YAY! w2 r3 completed for the second time! again the mind was willing but the body wasnt. love this routine im getting into. to top it off ive lost 1.5stone since just before christmas! bring on week 3!

That's an amazing weight loss! I've only managed half a stone since the new year and ideally need to shift another 2.5 stone.
