Hi Folks did the first week and then weather stopped progress to 2nd week will start again tomorrow as did 10 mile walk yesterday. Would love to run for 30 mins 3 mornings a week and make a 5K. Seems a long way off. Will I ever get there?? Cheers

I start week 2 tomorrow and 5k does seem a long way off, I'm trying to take each week as it comes. Good luck with your journey
of course you will get there! Have faith in yourself and Laura to see you through! 10 mile walk is very impressive too! good luck for week 2.............i'm at week 7 now and very surprised to be there ok, and still enjoying it!

Yep. You will get there if you follow the programme. Never run before and amazingly am nearly there. Some days are harder than others but the sense of achievement each week keeps you going. Enjoy and good luck.
