I started doing C25k shortly after christmas. All was going quite well and although I am very slow I managed to complete up to the end of week 4. Although I found each run difficult I did manage to complete each one. Then I hurt my foot so I didn't run for 3 weeks. I decided to do a week 3 run today rather than over do it, which I found suprisingly easy- or at least easier than I expected with more energy and breathe left at the end compared to usual! . Should I redo all the week 3 runs or go to week 4? If I go to week 4 should I redo all 3 week 4 runs? I definately don't think I would be able to do week 5.

You will have lost a bit of condition probably so have a go at week 4 and see how it goes. If you fly round then you could try week 5 next time

I agree with misswobble - it will all vary from person to person. Sounds like you're really ready for week 4 so go for it and see how you feel. Bear in mind that theres a real challenge at the end of week 5 so make sure you're ready for it!

I agree its best to take your time now rather than push yourself before your ready. Especially if you have an injury that has been healing it will need a bit extra TLC. So I would listen to that foot it will tell you when enough is enough. Good luck.
