Been having a load of aches and pains in my hip, back, and neck recently - enough to stop me running :(. Just been out for the first time in 10 days and managed my 5k, same as before the trouble, but with a bit of hip ache. Hope I can move tomorrow.

You might need to do some gentle stretching to get ready for running. I take a daily omega 3 fish oil capsule as my joints were that creaky. I can't do without them now

I run every other day to make life easier. I find if I have a longer break between runs I just can't hack it. I hope you manage to do your run all right. Good luck

ish oils...I've never tried them... but as my big 50 birthday is just a few weeks away, perhaps I should! Worth a try anyway, thanks.

It was the guy on the adjoining plot to mine who recommended them to me when he heard my elbows and shoulders creaking when I was watering my veg. My husband was recommended to use them by his GP at about the same time. I get ours from T*sco
