Article is about things we can do to prevent heart attacks and the last paragraph is about taking exercise Hopefully this well help spread the word about nhsc25k and encourage more people to start running

Yes Beek and I was especially pleased that although its obviously a mag aimed at weight loss the article was focussing on health in general

It's a refreshing change to see a large profit making company recommending something that only involves minimal cost (shoes being the only real expense). If only more companies would promote this type of thing - I've not seen any proper promotion in sports shops either, come to think of it. Best wishes.

What a good idea fitmo Wonder how we could get sports shops on board. I suppose there are so many training plans out there and maybe shops dont want to recommend any particular one I must admit I am quite passionate about our prog and tell everyone about it Even our dr had never heard of it

We already do recommend it.

Even before becoming the supplier fo the official t-shirts. There again we are not a "sports shop" but a running speciallist, no room for the latest football strip on our walls..
