Yes, soo fab, I didn't think it was even possible!

Very well done, you are a proper runner now. Do you have any plans for what you intend to do next? The running world is your oyster

Thank you, my next goal is to consolidate my 5k, I'm doing it consistently in 30 min but it's still hard at the end, once I stop yearning for the 30 min to be up I'll build up using intervals to 40 mins, then to 50 then long term the big 10k, this will take me some time but I'll get there!

You will I assure you, it's taken me 2 years! I almost completed the plan in the beginning but had health problems which beat me, but this time I've listened to my body, allowed myself a little longer between some of the later runs and I'm still here and fighting, I'll do my damnedest to keep on going, good luck on your journey to graduation x

Fantastic! Well done.

Really well done! You must have covered a fair few miles by now. Be proud - best of luck with whatever comes next.

Thanks, I'd say a lot of miles, thinking like that makes me think just how much doing this plan makes us achieve!

well done you! It feels great, doesn't it!

Now for the next challenge. When do you reckon you'll get to 10k?

I have not yet done 5k in 30 mins - I'm up to 4.8k, so not far off though.

congratulations anyway!

Thanks, and well done back at you! It'll be a while for 10k, I won't be worried if it's 6months or more away, I'm in no rush, not now I can run 5k anyway!

Thank you for sharing your fabulous achievement with us all. Your perseverance over two years to reach this goal is certainly something to be proud of and an inspiration to those of us still working our way through the 9 weeks. Well done on being slimmer of the week - a double whammy!
