Knee is still no better, even wearing a knee brace I can't put full weight on the leg (..makes for interesting viewing for the guys I train on courses I'm sure!!)... It's over a week now with no running and the weight I've lost has come back on which is the biggest setback for me, I just want to get out there!! People have suggested I see my GP but I know I'll just be advised to rest up (...easier said than done when you have to work!!) Just need to try and stay positive that the pain will subside shortly.
