Slightly sore hamstring - should I stills trench after a run

Hi there. Can anyone help with a very slightly pulled hamstring. It is only mild and I have kept on running, although have not been pushing the limits to try and take it reasonably easy. It is slowly getting better, however, I am not sure if it is best to keep stretching the hamstring after a run (gently) or to stop stretching for the time being. Any help welcome. Thanks.

I wouldn't be sure, so I would ring my GP or physio department to get advice. You will lengthen your recovery time by continuing to run and possibly cause further injury. You may be better off not running at all for a week or so to give it time to settle down. good luck and hope it sorts itself out.

Thanks for the advice. Am having a few days off and it is already much better.
