Only recently started to jog as need to do something to help with fitness. I have never run before but tonight I have completed w2r3. Just downloaded w3 and the thought of 3min jog is scary.

I'm sure a 3 min run is NOT that scary in the scheme of scary things. I can think of loads more scary things. LOL You'll be fine Doodle! You put your trust in Laura, listen to what she says and you'll be fine. Let us know how you get on

You will be fine. I know what you mean though as when I started I thought theres no way I can run for 3mins none stop but now running for 45 mins. So listen to laura and you'll be fine. Good luck

45 minutes! That's really good. I agree with you about listening to Laura. She's the goods that girl!

I'm on wk 5, doing run 2 a few times before tackling the big one. I remember thinking the same as you. I found easier not thinking about the time but listening to the music lookig down and not ahead and remember 'it's just a light jog!' Good luck :)

Week 1 was scary for me and then week 2, week 3...and then you look back and just feel chuffed that you've done it! And you will do it, don't you worry. Wish you all the best :-) p.s. it's very confusing for me as I now have a doodle and a doodle1 LOL
