Reasons to keep running.....

Tee hee! Had my annual medical review today and three good things happened

1. Blood pressure right in the healthy range

2. Fell into the 'active' category which the doctor says is surprisingly rare!

3. Doctor made me get back on the scales as she couldn't believe I'd lost so much weight.

I'm feeling ridiculously pleased with myself. :-)

Well done you. Cheshire cat feeling I bet. Vmister - well done too for undertaking the 10k. I graduated nearly 2 weeks ago too but am no way thinking of doing that.

Just read your profile. Sounds special enough & you seem to have impressed your doctor too. No mean feat.
