To my amazement I'm still with the programme. Sadly the dog can't cope with the increased pace (she is 13.5) so have had to tell my husband what we were doing so he can take her home after half way. Husband is amazed that I'm running & is very supportive. I can still surprise him after 30 years of marriage

Wish I had a dog to run with tho I think that would be good motivation.

I'm up to W3R3 tomorrow and my husband when I started said "Oh you always have these plans...." Needless to say he got the sharp end of my tongue, and now I have to do it to prove him wrong!!
