this is my second time doing this! Unfortunately I had some trouble with my knee the first time. I had got up to 8 miles per run as I was aiming for a half marathon. I'm on week 1 run two in about 5 mins. I have gained 2st 7lbs. I will lose it and I will go on to the 10K program after this! (hopefully my dog will loose some weight too!)
