So I'm thinking of going gym over then next few weeks but do I use a cross trainer or treadmill?! Any advice welcome, on week two x

I run only outdoors and we've not had ice for some weeks, thank goodness. It's impossible to run on it without spikes or yak trax or some darn thing. I just waited til later in the day to give the ice time to melt.

Treadmill =D I love the treadmill lol put it on 1% gradient
i always use the treadmill when the weather is bad
