Winter Running Best Friends

My best friends for running in this COLD wind are thermal headband, gloves, lip balm and face cream!! So enjoyed the wind behind my back at the end of my run this morning - turbo charged finish☺

My face was so cold this morning I could have done with balaclava similar to worn by bank robbers ! Must take buff next time -- just know I warm up 1/2 way through and have to stick it down waistband Does feel good when run is over though

I like my buff, baseball cap and three layers. It took me ages to work on the combination. Lip balm is one I have just worked out, I am surprised at the difference it makes. You can feel the enthusiasm coming through your post it's brilliant.
