These longs runs are a bit of a slog. Didn't want to do today's and didn't really enjoy being out there. HOWEVER, I could really see the progress I've made today because part of my route was the same as my first (unsuccessful) stab at W5R3 when I explicably ground to a halt half way through. I may not feel I'm going any faster, but I can tell I have a much better mental approach to the need to keep going. Just 4 runs left now before I graduate!!
