Just finished week 5. Thought the 20 min run would kill me. First 3 mins were up hill and really hurt but in the next couple of mins settled and found my pace. When Laura told me "that's it" I was shocked, I felt fine.
Really enjoying this and getting a lot of satisfaction out of it. Start Week 6 tomorrow.

It is a huge thing when you complete that run, I was dreading it, but found it exhilirating when it was done!

I found to 20 mins fine, just so long as I didn't try and go too fast!! OK, the first attempt I did go too fast, and yes, I should have listened to my wife!
