any information on toe injuries? Did 5K 2 weekends ago and got cramp in one foot, so I thought,, carried on as i didn't dare stop for fear of not getting through 5K. Went on holiday for a week did light walking not much else, but now when i put on shoes or trainers my toes of one foot seem to cramp and really hurt and the underneath of my middle toe is definitely swollen. I can walk ok, and after 15 mins of running, I can run without pain but don't know if i should rest it, get it checked out or just carry on.?
