I've been sitting round 30.10 for a while now, I did sub 30 once ages ago and haven't been able to get it again!!

Isn't that within 30 mins? It says 3.12 miles but 5k is 3.10 miles, so isn't it just inside? Excuse me if I'm wrong, maths was never my strong point!
