I completed run three last night and am so proud of myself. I was not quick only covered 2.8km but didn't stop and seem to have mastered my breathing technique. I used my own music playlist for the first time (sorry Laura) but felt much more comfortable without someone telling me i was only half way through when I thought I was further ahead. Looking at week six seems a slightly backward step reintroducing walking but will stick with it and use the podcasts until run three where i think I'll stick to some more upbeat tunes. p.s my legs are really feeling it this morning

Well done! We are almost the same stage. My legs are also taking longer to recover after wk5 r3.
