Parkrun goodness

I love my monthly parkrun, even more so now that I know that it counts towards my health insurance

This months effort was a hard run 50 seconds off September, must be all that half marathon training...

According to my Garmin I made it round in 24:10 (24:20 official).

It was the busiest Rushcliffe run I've ever seen, double the usual number made it out to mark the dual 1st Rushcliffe and 9th Parkrun adversaries, felt good to be there
