Lost my phone at a wedding do last night. Phone has my whole life on it, is my camera and my mp3 player.
Nothing to play podcasts on now! Panicking as due to start week 7 and don't want to listen to just my breathing. I think it'll put me off!

Oh dear, poor you. Have you reported it to your network provider - they may be able to locate it?
Hope you get it back very soon. Doing a 'naked' run isn't too bad, you'll hear all kinds of stuff going on around you. Can you recall your 'markers' for distances? Just do your best to replicate your last run.
Best wishes to you!
That's grotty for you. Hope you get your phone back. I've never run "naked" but having read your posts, you have far too much determination to be put off by this. Go get them!
My ipod was playing up for R3W7 on Friday and I just had to get out there and run and I must say I found it quite enjoyable. I could hear birds, dogs and the rustling of trees, along with my panting! It was different, especially without Laura to encourage me on, however, I was pleased with myself for doing it. I had to keep checking my watch but the time seemed to go quicker as I made myself check it less than I wanted to!
I do hope that you get the problem sorted though, it is very distressing to be left in the lurch.
Good luck.
Ive just got in from this run. My boyfriend came to the rescue and dug out his portable DAB radio. So I didnt have laura but I did have music. I tuned in to planet rock which is much more my kind of thing anyway and think the change in music really helped spur me on.
Hard run though. Very clammy weather and no wind was quite draining.
I did find it went quicker without waiting for Laura to chime in. The first time I checked my time was 21 mins in.
I am still looking forward to my replacement phone though...
