Remember, it is doing it not doing it quickly! Slow down to a comfy pace so you can do it, without getting too exhausted. Listen to Laura. You won't then hear your heart thumping. The early weeks are all about pace and get it reasonable. Oh, and training your mind...
As deb54 says, take it really slowly, slower than you think you should be going, like you're keeping something in reserve. At this stage it's just about keeping going and finding your comfortable pace. You're doing really well and I bet you'll see an improvement each week

Week 2 seems a long Time ago fo me and i thought runnin for 5 minutes let alone 30 was a forlorn hope but you will improve with every run an you will do It just follow Laura's instructions
