A 'closet' runner, hides in the cupboard under the stairs to blog about it! Love it!

I can identify when he says the first week was so hard, just 1 minute running at a time (it took me the full 90 seconds of walking to get my breath back) but then suddenly in week 4 you're running for 5 minutes and you can't figure out how it happened!

And then you're doing 28 mins in Week 8 and you REALLY don't know how that happens!

I think he's great and says it all really. I clearly remember thinking - at least this run is only 3 mins I can do that and suddenly realising I might actually finish.

I would have given him a big Hug if I knew him, and would have said 'go for it mate..you can do it'!
