I just did run 2 after a few days off due to sulking lol. It was great, I didn't have to stop and walk this time and actually did not find it as hard as run 1. Now I don't know if its because I ran in the morning on this run, rather than in the evening after work on run 1?
Does everybody take the rest day in between? Because I would really like to do Run 3 tomorrow morning?

Well done Sarah, week 4 is a toughie but you are obviously getting better if you didn't have to stop this time. As for rest days, I would say always take them, our muscles need it to recover.
