Was able to go out for my final week 4 run yesterday lunchtime as I had a 1/2 day holiday from work - it certainly seemed to make a difference compared to running in the evening after a full day's work. Still found it challenging, and was breathing very hard at the end, but I'm pleased that I finished it and can now move up to week 5. New challenges - oh dear!
