Up ands out before 7am into a beautiful morning. This is one of the perks of doing this; seeing and being out in nice weather even when it is middling. It is always so much better than you think it will be.
Well, I did two runs of 10 mins! I was surprised when Laura told me to slow down at the end of the first one as I was in a happy place. I laughed when for the first time she suggested I might want to go faster. I covered a greater distance today (door to door, just over 4.5km (sorry, new money)) and saw more cats than dogs! And 4 ducks! Realise I need to think about my weds route and will sort my day so I can do it early. Sort it as it will be further and that will be IT for a while. A great run today - all set up for an Eggie breakfast! It is Sunday!
Picture of my shoes for MinxyMissK! Mine are older and grubbier! But luv 'em!

Hooray, glad you were in a good place on your run today. I did it just after 8 am and the sun was shining here too (Edinburgh). Think you must be a lot faster than me though... I averaged a mile in 13 minutes! Going out again on Wednesday for run 3. Then not sure what to do as I am off to Mallorca for 11 days at the weekend. Main problems is I am mean and flying Ryanair and going to pack everything into hand luggage, not sure if I can squeeze the trainers in or not!
It WAS a good run today as i was relaxed and it helps. And it is not about speed but getting out there. I am glad you had sunshine as well.
If you can't do some running in Mallorca you could build in some 'proper' walking with hills and stuff to keep you ticking along. Don't cross Ryanair with your packing - I want you to enjoy your holiday! And maybe then start with an interval run rather than go onto week 7 when you come back? Have a plan anyway so you can get back out there when you come back. You know now you can run 20 mins and it is more brain than anything.
