Ok So Im on week 4 and run 2 tomorrow.What I want to know fellow runners is why I am putting weight on and not eating huge amounts.

Your body will be toning up and muscles weighs more than body fat as MissC already said. The other thing is you have to eat enough, I know that sounds daft to some people but if you don't eat enough your body will think its going into starvation mode and will hang onto its fat reserves. So to avoid this happening make sure you have enough calories per day and keep the fat content down by eating healthy foods. Good luck with the program
