Well done - you've done the hardest part - getting up from the couch!!!

Congratulations on your first run - stick with it, it will definitely be worth it.

Congratulations on getting started! and welcome to the c25k experience. I found it a great help to come on this site for encouragement and words of wisdom to get through the programme. Everyone is very supportive.

I had never run before and now am really enjoying the experience of being able to go out for a run and actually enjoy it - yes really! Good luck with the programme - hope you enjoy the ride!

You're definitely not alone.

I'm on week 7 now and I used to HATE running and skived cross country at school etc. This is a great programme and a great forum! It has certainly helped me keep going.

Well done to you for getting started! X
