Week 8 R1 - Hurrah!!!!

I fell off the wagon when my schedule was interupted by a week camping holiday, where I just sat...literally. When I got back I went back to Week 6 R1. Today I started W8 and I'm back on track! Looking forward to R2, but I know I have to be strict and have the rest in between or I will over do it. My aim is to start daily jog when I finish the programme.
