This bank holiday has been bad for my running! aahhh! monday and wednesday (before the bank hol) i completed week 4 runs 1 and 2, however I have not done anything since then! I usually run monday wednesday friday, so tonight I am going to repeat week 4, so this week shall be tuesday wednesday and friday. I have eaten and drunk far too much this weekend so I am worried about getting back into the swing of things! Think I might be ok with week 4 tho!
