Wow! That was a hard run today! My mum had my son today so I went this afternoon instead of 7pm - I probably didn't let my lunch go down properly and the sun suddenly came out while I was running so I was very very hot. Whew! The lab is still loving his new exercise (trotting along instead of lolliping) x

Brilliant, well done. Feels good to finish off a week doesn't it? Are you moving on to week 2 now?
Well done!! the first week is actually one of the hardest because you still aren't sure if you can do it! but it gets so much easier so much more quickly. You'll be surprised how ready you are for week two once you convince yourself you can do it. I am also overweight, I piled on about 3 stone on top of the 6 stone I needed to lose in the year leading up to the birth of our daughter and the 8 months since (it happens to us men too!). I have 5.5 stones to lose (I have lost 3.5 since March), and whilst most of it is due to a healthy eating plan, I am sure that my losses have definitely sped up since starting C25K.
If I can do it, anyone can.
Thanks Narmour :0)
We've been trying to eat well (fresh foods and drinking just water) but it's my birthday on Saturday so there will be curry, chocolate and cake! My pre pregnancy weight was 12 stone and I'm currently 13s 6lbs so there's not much to get rid of. I think we will concentrate on the diet side as of next week. DH's uncle is round for A roast (and home made apple crumble) tonight and we are going to Brighton for the day on Thursday and having Yo!Sushi for lunch. So this week is a write-off diet wise!
Well done for losing that weight since March! X
