Stepping stones 2nd time around...

Well I enjoyed it more this time, at one point everything felt right and I was really happy. The last five minute burst of faster running got me again though. I had to stop for a minute as felt a bit nauseous, too hot and had forgotten my water.

I think 'speed' is the easiest(well not exactly easy!) then 'stamina', but I need to do them a few more times.

I was thinking today why is it always the first 5-8 minutes or so that I think, 'this is too hard,' and am counting every second. Then something changes and I feel fine and start to enjoy the running and even love it, (like today).

Running isn't easy full stop, but manageable ( for me) at the moment. I'm keeping positive and know it will get easier every time I go for a run. Oh came over all philosophical, don't know where that came from!

Lots of smiley runners at the moment, is it the weather???

:)
