Greeting to my Commonwealth running buddies! This program is awesome! Thank you NHS Choices. I'm 63 years old, and never, ever, ever been athletic at all. But now, I'm at W6R2 -- blinking to believe it is possible. Three cheers for Laura. I know I'll make it to graduation. Already hoping to up my speed from slooooow jog to something more respectable as a RUN. Thanks for all the support on this site!

Hello to the C25K Community -- from the wild Pacific coast in beautiful British Columbia!

Well done you from this 74 year old. I did the program last year and graduated last September. Blood pressure down, lost 10lbs on weight. Good luck on the rest of your journey to graduation. Pat

Well done, from another 63 year old. Great isn't it.
Yes, Ned. Ooooo, I envy your graduate badge. Mine will coming soon.... Thanks for the boost!
Thanks, Pat! I began by losing 10 lbs to give my still-healthy joints a fighting chance. Since W1R1 I've lost another 10 lbs, but the real goal is to feel FIT -- which is beginning to happen. I sure hope when I'm 74 I can do what you can do! Congrats to you, and your courage to take up the challenge last year!
Congratulations, keep it up.
I've recently discovered (well last year) that I have family in BC.

Welcome to the forum You will love this C25K (mostly) there will be personal challenges and most of all you will feel better for it. I lost a stone in weight and feel so much better for doing this.
