Hey Linda! Great to see you. I logged in to answer -- quite exhausting to log in in this heat. Anyway, I actually got a mail (the first since new site from you to say you had responded)!
As you know, I have no right knee and running has done so much good, but am alarmingly slow. I do 7K in 50 minutes LOL!
Stuck here cos of dad... new anti-psychotic plus sleeping pills. How's your Dad?
