Just want to share my joy of running at 0730 this morning in Corfu . It was brilliant as not too hot then. Passed a total of 8 runners so was pleased It was not just me.

Can't wait to get out there on Monday.

Hi burstcouch I know that feeling, can't wait to be back in Lanzarote in September and do my early morning runs and jump in the pool afterwords, shoulder should be ok by then, off for physio on Wednesday enjoy your holiday

I will be in Spain next week and was contemplating being able to still run in the heat - so it looks like early starts if i am to achieve this.....

Luck you! Am just back from 2 weeks in Spain and found that 7 am was the time to run . . . anything after that was just to hot for me. Great feeling running in the sun though! Enjoy.

7.30 sounds a reasonably civilized time to be up on holiday. We are looking into a Greek island break in a couple of weeks but I was bothered I would miss too many runs. You make it sound doable - thank you! Hope the holiday was good and you are enjoying your running here again!

Today was my 3rd run in Corfu . I managed a comfortable 40 mins. Humidity is low here so runs are more tolerable.

Would be nice if it was like this all the time. Running along the sandy beach was the best part.
