Well here we are one more to go which will be on Friday, ran today and did 6k in 30:12. Now I'm looking for next challenge do I go for 10k or work on my 5k speed?
On a different subject it felt super hot this morning how do you guys/gals cope with this because I think I must have lost half my body weight in sweat nice image I know.
