I went for a run yesterday and slightly changed my route and ended up after about 18 minutes heading towards my local park away from my usual seafront run. Time then seemed to drag and my legs felt heavy and before I knew it I had run around the park within minutes and still had not reached 25 minutes. The last few runs I had enjoyed but for some reason I did not on this one. Maybe I was having an off day mentally as it felt I could not wait for the run to be over. Hoping my next run which I will do Saturday I will feel more on form and positive.
