In week one I could hardly manage 1min running, now on week 5 I can run 6 mins and next run will 8 mins and can't wait, it really does work! I have lost weight and feel great, I never knew how addictive running can be, I am now absolutely certain that in a few weeks I will run 5k,

Are you watch what you eat or on a diet plan?
I completed week5 today. I am not keeping an eye on my weight but my waist line hasn't dropped.
Hi, yes i have also been on a diet, but doing my own thing, just eating healthily, cutting out drink and all the naughty things, doing this as well as running i have lost 8lb in 5 weeks, i was never overweight tho so dont have too much more to lose.
