I usually run with my iPod on. Using the earphones that came with it but with the movement of me running, they keep falling out!!
Any recommendations??

These are the ones both me and my partner use:

Very good sound, volume control and never fallen out yet. They come in red & black too
Ear budi's look on amazon. About 7 quid for a pair an they fit your normal I pod/ iphone earphones and attach so that go round your ears fantastic
My husband got me Sony 'Movable loop hanger suspension mobile' MDR AS200 (That's what it says on the box!) for my birthday. They work very well indeed. Up 'til then I had been using Sony ear buds with Micropore tape to hold them in. Fine until i ripped the tape off afterwards and pulled a chunk of hair out too! OUCH! The new ones have an adjustable hook which goes right round your ear.
Just got a pair of Phillips Actionfit ones... only tried running with them once. They didn't move and were certainly better than the old ones I was using before.
This article may help too:
Bloody ear bud iphone headphones keep jumping out of my ears too. I hate them! Spend half my run sticking the plastic bud into my ear/s. I've half a mind to wear my enormous studio headphones which look like a heron has landed on my head.
I've seen some headphones that sit behind your neckline. These could be the answer.
As an anniversary present my wife got me the Bose SIE2i Sport headphones which are designed to let outside sounds through (so you can still hear traffic), they fit perfectly and sound great but don't come cheap.
I don't use headphones, I just play it out of my iPhone which is in a bum bag with the zip open a bit so I can hear it better- I get very disorientated with earphones :S
I recently bought a pair of skullcandy (50/50 model) from HMV (yes it still exists lol). They were on offer but you can find them on amazon too, amazing sound quality. Treated myself to a slightly more expensive pair for finishing week 3.
