New running top didn't cut it at Parkrun................

Well my snazzy new top didn't produce a PB at todays Parkrun, perhaps I should have gone for the one with go faster stripes after all!!.....

Only done 5 PR's now and managed to knock 5 mins off the first time but seem to be in a bit of a cycle - PB one week and bad run the next..... anyone else seeing something similar?

Is this kind of inconsistency usual at this stage?

Thanks

I reckon it's par for the course. Only do 1 parkrun a month, so tend not to notice it, but I do on my runs in the week
