How warm is "warm"?

Did my run just before sunset when it was about 25 degrees out there. Is that what people mean by warm/hot? Or am I going to want my thermals when I come back to the UK at the end of this week???

Did Race for Life 5k last year in 27 degrees. It felt warm. Quite nice in the uk just now.

Bring your thermals. There's a thin wind about. Gets everywhere! I don't do heat very well and I am glad of a cool breeze.

The winds up here are called lazy winds, why? cos they don't go around you they go straight through you, boom boom
