Because I was off work today I decided to run today instead of leaving it to tomorrow as advised! Found it to be easier than week 2 and only really struggled in the last minute, so I'm really pleased. Plus, I had my first slimming world weigh in and have lost 3lbs! Delighted since I'd a weekend of partying!!

Great news!!! Well done for your running and weight loss progress! Really hope for you that everything continues on at an acceptable rate for you .. Bear in mind that sometimes fat loss is replaced by muscle gain .. Muscles are heavy beasties ... But your shape may well change dramatically

Thanks Linda! Need to get myself a tape measure and then keep track that way I think. Hopefully even I don't lose weight each week, I'll see a difference in inches!
