Week 4- Run 3 - Complete! Yay!

It was a beautiful morning for a run, well a walk run walk run walk run walk run walk .

I went along the beach again as the tide was out, I even vaulted a couple of groynes along the way. It felt great apart from the fact I now have joggers nipple! Oh well I might have to borrow a sports bra from the wife, lol.

Onward and upward, looking forward to week 5. Hooray.
