Am little disappointed with my time for this one even though I had been drinking the night before! My time was one minute slower than last week 48mins 23 secs (last week was 47mins23 secs) I had a feeling I was slower than last week but not by that much although was ninth in my age group so not too bad. Hopefully I can improve on that next week.

I'm sure you'll improve next week, Poppy. Never mind - have another go, possibly without the same experience the night before and even if it's the same time, you're still out there running 5k. Fantastic!
I have to admit, though - this is a bit of an issue for me. Once I start improving, I then get very depressed when I drop back, even if it's only by a small amount such as your minute.
