Although I did more walking than running during the 50 days, doing a bit every day did become a habit and I hope I can keep it up. I'm hoping to gradually build up to 3 runs a week again and this morning managed a 5k. Then in the afternoon I needed a few bits from the shop and instead of just nipping to the nearest Tesco round the corner, I walked a round trip of 5k!

So, here's to the next 50 days and the next etc etc.
