Yuk, swallowed two greenfly today, well it felt like it! I know there were a few doing the last run of week 4 with me and they kept up!
Did a 10 minute warm up walk and have had extra rest days as my leg is still twingy. Kept my head up and tried to relax as I ran and it felt right. It all goes off kilter when I start thinking am I running right and surely this run is nearly over now! I'm starting to concentrate but relax at the same time if that makes sense?!
Carrying on with the exercises for the glutes and foam rollering. Sometimes I wish I could just run and that's it but I know these exercises/stretches are vital or I risk getting injured again
All in all a good run and Hello week 5!

"concentrate but relax at the same time" - that sounds very much like 'chi running' - or various other ways of describing it, anyway, I know what you mean.
