No pun intended, back's a lot better today, so repeated W6r1, first 5 minutes heavy going (it usually is) but by the time the last run came round felt I could have gone further and even jogged a bit of the cool down.
One other race for lifer out & about, still haven't put the very PINK t shirt on yet, however DD is coming home today, and will probably nag me to wear it when i train with her tomorrow. 10 weeks to go, plan is to finish c25k in next 4 or 5 weeks, maybe try a park run, and do 2 practise runs at the race venue as there's a HILL to conquer and so far I've only run on the flat. The race involves 2 circuits, so twice up the hill, not sure where the start will be, so I'll try it once with the hill in the middle and once with the hill near the start.
Off to the station now, I must resist the bagels and Danish and coffee!
